Aljazira Capital is the investment arm of bank Aljazira in compliance with CMA Regulations. In the new organization, I am assigned the responsibility of overseeing the Sales Performance and Customer Relationship Management Division. Major Responsibilities include:
1. Develop and manage the team responsible for the activities related to Customer Relationship Management Support, Sales Tracking and Target Management, Cross Selling, and Customer Care Center
2. Develop, Implement, and track Sales Targets for the different products of the company
3. Customer Segmentation reporting and MIS
4. MIS of Sales Performance
5. Implementation and Management of employee incentive schemes
6. Participation in the development of systems and IT programs related to CRM
