It was a one year in-house project, due to my organizing and management skills I have been promoted and assigned as a “Project Manager”, in order to re-organizing and re-structuring the administration department including all new procedure, work flow process, documentation system and building a new successful team for the same, leading a team of 18 employees “two e-gov. operator, two team leaders followed with two administrators, five PROs, one document controller and tow share point on line system officers, one purchaser, one accountant and two building administrators”.
