responsible for preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly presentations including day to day operations and ad-hoc reports, liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, preparing 13 weeks sales forecast & DP (KSA Demand Planning) per SKU for all channels on weekly basis, preparing NPIs sales plans with tracking NPL daily sales performance until achieving sales & coverage targets, Inventory control & stock optimization, Tracking and analyzing Sales, Coverage, DOS reports, Updating sales force’s customer mapping on system, Supporting internal stakeholders & vendors with needed data & inquiries.
responsible for preparing the daily, weekly and monthly sales analysis reports (ST/SOH/SO/DOS/Coverage) for Axiom and other distributors combined. Communicate with Axiom for the confirmed promotional programs details, Calculate the achieved customers incentives accordingly and apply for credit notes. Pushing, tracking and updating Axiom purchase orders, Payments and Logistics status. Preparing purchase orders to Axiom for (Shops LDUs, Gifts or personal usage) and tracking the received IMEI for different regions. Preparing monthly & quarterly presentations for top management. Troubleshoot, diagnose & escalate system’s errors. Develop and update reporting templates and charts. Calculating the Quarterly rebate for Axiom and support the marketing department with needed data. Collecting, checking & archiving original and soft copies of (WS agreements, POs, Invoices, Price protection, Credit notes, items pricing and details).
Processing and managing all types of sales orders & purchase orders with all related inquiries.
Creating, updating and answering all products inquiries (availability, pricing, reservations & escalations).
Creating damage, missing, warranty and financial claims on HP portal and following up till closure.
Creating and processing partner’s new accounts, credit notes and return requests.
Coordinating with sales, credit and logistics teams for incoming & outgoing shipments and updating the finance with the vendor financial inquiries.
Creating special deals, rebates and promo on system and make sure all are up to date.
Prepare and submit all daily, weekly and monthly sell out reports.
Follow compliance procedures, guidelines and policies.
Responsible for stock management, pricing and overall promotion of the product category to maximize consumer appeal. Good relationships with vendors and product range management.
- Providing vital support to stores sales team.
- Handle important administrative task such as orders processing by Telephones, Emails & in person.
- Act as an extension of the sales team when the representatives are away from the store, Providing critical support in creating and sending proposals to retail and B2B segment including following up.
- Working closely with sales management & interacting with existing & new customers.
- Providing after sales support such as software, hardware and customized orders requests.

responsible for D2D teams & Telesales daily operations, Scope of work (Work plan, Implementation, Budget management, Customer care, Quality assurance, Tasks distribution, Reporting, HR, logistics) in line with STC-HBU personnel.
Responsible for Managing IPVPN,
DIA orders as a part of STC-EBU department project, project management
and implementation (Cabling, IP configurations, racking, etc.), Generate
reports to customers, partners, and management, billing management,
support and supervise team tasks and subcontractors.
Responsible for STC circuits monitoring, remote troubleshooting, maintenance management, data center, quality assurance, customer care and customer service.
Responsible for Telesales and Field operations, scope of work (Work plan, implementation, Budget management, quality assurance, Task distribution, HR, logistics) in line with STC-HBU personnel.
Responsible for ensuring customer
Care, following up with the customer complaints, enclosing and finishing for

Productivity, Reporting, Monitoring and Checking up daily attendance, All
the mentioned tasks above are done in daily basis.
Installing IVPN Circuits, ADSL, SHDSL, and MALC, and Maintenance Fixing TT Trouble Tickets, and Technical support, Installing FTTH Lines (Splicing, Tracking hubs ) and maintenance (Splicing damaged fiber, Fixing Signal issues) As part of STC-EBU.
responsible for auditing the project financially, the cost
management, quality assurance, responsible for construction process supervision and make sure that everything is going accordingly to the project plan and based on the Blueprints of the designated Site, prepare the necessary tools and equipments of the project and taking care of the implementation progress.
Responsible for conducting the marketing campaign for the company’s services which specializes in IT solutions by customer visits on daily basis, customer care, and follow up.
