notices, contracts evaluations, etc.
8.Organize, maintain, prioritize office schedule and work assignments with minimal or no
supervision.
9.Developing standard work practices, assist co-staff whenever they have work related
problems.
10.Does inventory and purchasing which includes LPO making, speaks to vendors and
carriers for least prices and where to deliver. Prepare documents related for auditing and
clearing of accounting department.
11.Maintain all records related to PC inventory, software inventory, status and reports.
12.Prepares end-of-the-week accomplishment report to be submitted to I.T. Manager for
evaluation.
13.Handles complaints from end users and provides the best possible solutions.
14.Visiting any branches if requested by manager to provide technical assistance to branch
users.
15.Performs addition / modification of new and old users in the active domain and in exchange
server.
