- Reviewing tender documentation and extracting design requirements of the clients
- Generating Soil Profiles from Geotechnical Data for design preparation
- Assisting Geotechnical Design including Diaphragm Walls, Piles, Ground Anchors and Shoring Systems
- Preparing shop drawings, including layout plans, sections & mobilization plans to be used for design bids
- Performing Quantity Take-offs and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for bid submission
- Supporting daily and weekly work schedule and updating project baseline as required
- Liaising between multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth workflow on the current project
- Preparing daily progress report data to be shared with the high-level stakeholders of the project
- Raising Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) to the PMC for the works to be carried out on site

Kasktaş is responsible for the rock stabilization works for the vertical village - The Vault - in Trojena, Neom. The main works include the drilling, installation, grouting and stressing of tensioned steel anchors as long as 85 m in depth over both sides of the valley which will support the structure of the Vault. The PMC deployed on this project is Bechtel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the siteworks and ensuring efficient project delivery according to design drawings
• Liaising between multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth workflow on site with efficient collaboration
• Preparing and implementing the schedule for the works to be performed on a daily basis
• Preparing daily progress report data to be shared with the high-level stakeholders in the project
• Implementing stringent HSEQ policies set forth by NEOM
• Assisting in the quality control of the installed anchors and ensuring fulfillment of NEOM’s strict quality standards

• Delivering high accuracy progress reports, highlighting actual verses planned, output rates and sequences for residential and commercial projects
• Planning and implementing the next phases of projects by understanding client requirements and consulting the engineering team

Key Responsibilities:
• Working as a site-supervision specialist, aided by artificial intelligence and computer vision to support construction schedules, and keeping track of actual site works
• Detecting discrepancies and deviations on site from the plans finalized by the construction team
• Assurance and inspection of civil works, electrical and mechanical installation in buildings to ensure compliance with plans, drawings and BIM models through visual scans
• Inspection of on-site super structure, fit out and façade to verify conformance to specifications through visual scans
