Responsible for all maintenance related activities in Monomers plants which are propylene Dehydrogenation (PDH), Ethylene Cracker (EC) and Utilities (UTOS) Plants.
In charge for spare parts warehouse In charge for maintenance planning including day to day activities and turnaround maintenance (TAM) planning In charge for non-core maintenance activities such as overhead cranes, fork lifts, security system, fire & gas system, HVAC, civil, plant elevators, communications systems, lighting, toolroom and all workshops Setting CMS Budget and all TAM budgets in TASNEE complex Setting the Balanced Scorecard BSC for CMS department Setting the staffing and succession plans Preparing training plan along with CMS training coordinator and training department Putting the guidelines, supporting and coordination between all departments regarding 10 years TAM plan In charge for SAP PM module and all related SAP master data for engineering and maintenance Providing all require data related to maintenance for Phillip Townsend and Solomon Benchmarking practices In charge for all Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) Preparing maintenance monthly reports and presentations for senior management. Enhance technical and managerial tools and processes to improve the performance of CMS staff

Leading all emergency shutdowns

Reporting maintenance activities progress to management team and senior management
Participated in setting business plan for operation department
Participated in setting maintenance KPIs
Participated in enhancing on job training materials for mechanical technicians
Assisted other superintendents and managers in hiring of maintenance personnel
Coordinating activities along with maintenance planning and operation to optimize maintenance cost and to ensure PM and schedule compliance
Handling engineering job i.e. MOC
Maintenance activities of rotating and stationary equipment
Technical evaluation of vendors and other services providers quotations packages
Reviewing & managing spare parts with its maximum & minimum stock level
Initiating ideas for plant safety and reliability design improvement
Preparing scope of work for all outside services repairs
Participating in preparation for TAM
Participating in mechanical maintenance budget setting
Participating in planning activities such as PM plan
Holding long term maintenance contracts for SIEMENS gas turbine, MAN TURBO compressor, Atlas Copco compressor and MHI steam turbine & compresso
Involving in installation, overhauling, repairing & maintaining Gas & Steam Turbines along with their auxiliary systems such as pumps and compressors
Preparation of maintenance and repair procedures for rotating equipment
Attending kick off meetings and defining the scopes among customers
Spare Parts planning and management
Vibration Analysis and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
Site supervision for the technicians
Sites visits and problem diagnosis for big plants such as SASREF, Jizan P/P, Qunfudah P/P, Shuqaiq SWCC, KSU P/P, SAFCO & SAMREF
