•Responsible for driving the development, communication and execution of a focused strategic Sales plan.
•Setting up sales targets by distribution channels / sales team.

•Handling daily sales report for all sales division (Co-op`s, Grocery’s, Wholesales, Home Delivery, Key Supermarket & HORECA).

•Sales & marketing presentations, market outlook & feedback to management (internal) and principal/supplier (external).
•Ensure that sales reps are following fixed coverage plans at fixed frequencies.
•Inventory management and liquidation Planning- Building a cohesive team communicating to them the division objectives, and motivating the sales team towards achievement of the set goals & objectives.
