Responsible for the development of the new product proposition and promotions with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that they are able to generate revenue, have a positive impact on the company brand increase market value and improve the customer experience.
Coordinate with marketing communication, customer care, PMO, technology, TPMO, finance, customer experience and sales to evaluate, plan, coordinate, train on and deliver new profitable products/promotions up to commercial launch stage

Managing the MRBT platform

Automation of CNS and SMS. Created processes that send automated messages and short messages to customers whose cards were expiring in few days.
