 Responsible for the development of the new product proposition and promotions with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure that they are able to generate revenue, have a positive impact on the company brand increase market value and improve the customer experience.
 Coordinate with marketing communication, customer care, PMO, technology, TPMO, finance, customer experience and sales to evaluate, plan, coordinate, train on and deliver new profitable products/promotions up to commercial launch stage
 Conduct market studies/focus groups to get the feedback from customers on existing portfolio and know about their needs and wants.
 Responsible for the development of strategies for awareness and segment penetration keeping in view the competitive offers and customer experience.
 Responsible for SWOT analysis for managing potential and actual impacts / risks, taking corrective action and or handling day-to-day issues.
 Manage project plans by achieving the given milestones within the projected timelines and allocated budget.
 Review plans on regular basis with all stake holders to communicate project status and mitigate any risks.
 Responsible for yearly & quarterly rolling over roadmap development/ exercise for postpaid segment including and not restricting to products and promotions.
 Responsible for monitoring and reporting the ongoing promotions and revenue margin, net add trends to the management on weekly/ monthly basis
 Life cycle management of product with respect to planning promotions and running campaigns to keep them engaged with the brand and increase stickiness.

Major Accomplishment
 Launch the data transfer product
 Part of the data monetization project, implemented the throttling mechanism for the users
 Implemented the data sharing product
 Part of the postpaid minutes roll over product and implementing data roll over product.
