I’m working on the systems of Al Khawarizmi collage, creating users accounts. Working as admin on MS office domain for Al-Khawarizmi email. Managing SIS (Students Information System) - PeopleSoft, OpenLMS and Blackboard systems, providing workshops to lecturers and students in how to deal with the systems. Working on the integration between SIS and Blackboard systems. Supporting lecturers and students to use Lockdown Browser in exams periods. Providing all training sessions conducted by the IT Services Department for staff and faculty members.
I worked on the systems of Al Khawarizmi collage, creating users accounts, and editing the transcripts of students. worked as admin on Gmail domain for Al-Khawarizmi email. Managed KADS (Registration and Acceptance) and Moodle systems, providing help to lecturers and students in how to deal with the systems. Writing SQL queries to extract reports from database.
I worked for two months in the Abdelkader Algzaary School as an Information
Technology teacher with daily fees, class supervisor and absence officer.
I provided technical support for users of computers and accessories. Installed and connected all computers and accessories to the staff. I prepared all computers by programs for each user according to his major. Maintained and run computers, printers, scanner, and projectors. Study the needs of the computer hardware, software, accessories, printers, scanner, and projectors. Updated computer software and worked to develop.
I worked as an analyst, problems solver and connected devices to the network. I maintained desktops and laptops.
