- Checking orders vs. payments collected are correct
- Processing and handling all sales orders
- Liaise and organize delivery orders with dispatchers.
- Control and transfer the data on Mfuel system to related parties
- Maintain a clean and correct data on SAP.
- Checking customers credit limit availability on daily basis.
- Handling customer’s comments and feedbacks.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Make sure that all orders was delivered and invoiced on SAP.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary reports.
- Achieve EIA”annual performance appraisal” HSEQ objectives assigned by the Safety committee and the Top management.
