Duties :
• Installation of protection & controlling systems -as a team leader- with ZAIN company.
• Installing surveillance cameras.
• Programming and operating the low current systems.
• Planning and practical implementation phases of low current systems .
• Implementation, maintenance, support & Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracer, telnet of dedicated systems and networks.
Network core Security department-(Voice Specialist)-
Duties include:
Responsible for upgrade, and installation activities for DPI Unified Communications systems.
Responsible for manage and verify the healthily of Sandvine products
Responsible for configuration of VOIP Policy in DPI Clusters
Responsible for configuration of VOIP traffic Shaping Policy in DPI
Responsible to Identify the VOIP applications being used for toll-bypass
Responsible to Perform offline analysis of the traffic to determine the traffic
Responsible to Measure the application traffic to determine the level of traffic present
Responsible to Update VOIP policy & protocol package for the newly identified application
Responsible to Measure the Peer to Peer application bandwidth for Traffic Shaping in case of congestion or link failure
Responsible for DPI hardware & software upgradation
Responsible for escalation of major issues with DPI vendor support team
:
• Investigating, diagnosing and resolve the network problems according to our solutions.
• Planning, coordinating and controlling the security measures for information systems to regulate access to computer data files.
• Responsibility for ensuring the security of stored information and also for the installation of new hardware and software and in preventing illegal alterations, damage, or disclosure of information.
• Planning and practical implementation phases of various network & security projects, Including meetings, Demos & Trials .
• Implementation, maintenance, support & Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracer, telnet of dedicated systems and networks of both small and large departments.
