Mawada, an online gift delivery company, I have honed my skills in handling customer complaints and inquiries, managing reports, and liaising with various departments to address customer needs efficiently. * Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
* Liaise with various departments to address customer needs and streamline processes.
* Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
Inbound:
- Answering our customers phone calls and assist them with their requests such as After-Sale assistance, booking car maintenance appointments.
- listening carefully to our customers questions and provide them with a detailed answer which is mostly related to our latest offers, cars and/or services.
- Receive customer complains calls and assist them with thier issues.
Outbound:
- Calling customers and potential customers to inform them about our latest offers and services to create a sales lead.
- Conducting surveys with our customers and follow-up calls to make sure that they were satisfied with our services.
