*General ledger and subsidiary ledger and reconciliation of bank, account payable and account receivable.

*Reporting direct to CFO.
*Assist the CFO in preparing reports for the budgets, quarterly and annual meeting.
*Coordinates and negotiation for facilities with bank (With CFO).
* Oversee and participate in the preparation of monthly performance and position report for group level.
* Presenting to the audit committee and Board of Directors.
* Act as annual external audit liaison.
* Represent the accounting function in acquisition analysis and acquisition integration.
* Ensure appropriate resources and staffing is available for department.
