• Preparing detailed tender drawings and technical documentation in line with project
requirements, standards, and design guidelines.
• Leading the architectural design process for a LEED-certified project from early concept
through tender submission, managing coordination across disciplines to support the
target of LEED Gold certification.
• Serving as Design Manager for key projects, overseeing design development, ensuring
timely deliverables, and facilitating collaboration with consultants and engineers.
• Acting as Architect of Record (AOR), reviewing, validating, and signing off architectural
drawings to ensure full compliance with building codes, regulations, and authority
requirements، And responsibile on issuing BUILDING PERMITS
• Working closely with project managers and regulatory bodies to secure building permits
and BUILDING OCCUPANCY certificates by ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
• Conducting site inspections to resolve design-related issues, verify construction
alignment with approved drawings, and ensure that design intent is maintained on-site.
• Supporting the design team with advanced Revit modeling, drawing revisions,
coordination packages, and technical detailing to enhance project accuracy and
efficiency.
