- Developed a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with corporate goals, translating business priorities into learning outcomes and measurable KPIs.
- Conducted systematic training needs analysis across departments, created tailored IDPs, and implemented a structured budget to support high-impact TD.
- Produced data-driven analytics and evaluation reports that informed strategic decisions and enhanced overall training effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborated closely with Quality, Safety, and Ground Operations leaders to ensure all training initiatives met GACA regulatory and compliance standards.
- Delivered English for Cabin Crew and English for Hospitality Courses at the Faculty of Tourism in KAU, preparing prospective graduates for careers with SAUDIA Airlines as part of the airline’s CSR initiatives.

Teaching:

Teaching English language arts alnong with training students to take internationally recognized English tests: TOEFL, IELTS, & other Cambridge ESOL tests self-confidently.

Coordination:

Planing and ensuring all resources: teachers, books, rooms, equipment, activities, etc. are all complete and within the budget allocated to the dept.

Working closely with school principals and dept heads for international accreditation (advancED.) and ensure that the awarded accreditation is maintained and abided by at all levels.

Ensuring the day-to- day delivery of the English program meets the school’s policy guidelines and procedures.


The school is also a permanent, active member in Tamam Project led by the American University in Beirut in cooperation with pioneering educational Arab institutions, schools, and universities. Moreover, it has been one of the most dynamic hosts for Saudi gifted students, who are sponsored by Mawhib Est, since 2009.

The school staff attend professional development programmes and participate in various world competitions: Connecting classrooms, Robots League, the Ministry Best Teachers, etc.
