• Over three years of experience in Customer Service field
• Highly skilled in development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships
• Able to welcome customers, handle cash, and promote products
• Hands on experience in resolving queries within timescales
• In depth knowledge of providing excellent customer services in order to meet the expectations of customers and patrons
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
