• Represent the company at government facility and private companies.
• Responsible of three running companies of RISE Group.
• Support HR team as like LOI, work visa and other admin work...etc.
• Mointoring company licences as SAGIA, COC, CR, GOSI and Saudization
certificat, also renew them once needed through their online portal.
• Orginze all corspondance emails and provide support to all business team.
• Support Fainance team to provide them all due bills in monthly baises.
• Control petty cash of office and supplies with needs as maintance...etc.
• Representing the company in government department and sim-government.
• Support dispatch team by providing LOI ( Letter of invitation )
• Responsible of important certificates as SAGIA, COC, Registration (CR)..etc.
• Monitoring the building by providing maintenance services.
• Responsible of secretarial duties .
Support the Nurses by providing medical materials from Supplier department.
Responsible of the department for Maintenance.
Responsible of Database recording.
Answering Telephone.
Coding the specialist .
Note: I worked under Al-Falak a subcontract company at ARAMCO.
