* Advertise vacancies on website.
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
* Negotiate preferential rates with recruitment agencies.
* Review all CVs sent, shortlist, circulate and follow up with relevant Department Managers.
* Conduct initial interviews with perspective candidates.
* Provide short list to business heads / recruiting managers and arrange interviews.
* Acquire feedback from Department Managers in order to progress to next interview stage,
* Offer or reject applicant.
* Prepare employment contracts and get the approval for contract conclusions / renewals.
* Keep records relating to all recruitment activities
* All other tasks that maybe reasonably requested by the management team at any time
* Assisting with disseminating information affecting employer-employee relations, employee
activities, personnel policies and programs.
* Plan, facilitate and conduct Recruitment and selection processes, prepare advertisements,
checking applications, initiate short listing process, arrange interviews and keep record of all the
proceedings.
* Advice to the recruiter agent for Short listed job applicants on employment requirements and on
terms and conditions of the employment.
* Responsible to fill the requirements of Projects & Department
* Coordinating with Service & Support Dept. for Hotel & Travels arrangements for new arriving
manpower.
* Keeping and updating the visas record.
* Preparing the visa documents in English/Arabic and forwarding to the recruiting agent/Candidates
in various Countries.
* Facilitate and conduct Staff Annual / bi-annual Performance Appraisals, keep all the relevant
information & data; and present the report to Management for annual increments / promotions.
* Assisting in making the annual budget of staff of all the departments.
* Timely Submit all the staff related documents and reports to HRM.
* Coordinate with other departments / sections for conducting various in-house training programs
and activities for staff.
* Take measures and make strategies to motivate and galvanizing the staff to get the best results.
* Prepare monthly / quarterly and annual HR reports and timely submit the same to the
Management.
* Prepare employment contracts and get the approval for contract conclusions / renewals.
* Maintain the discipline and order in the organization and conduct disciplinary actions in case of
non-compliance or miss-conduct.
* Maintain Personnel Files and other staff related data and keep track record of all the service /
employment related records.
* Supervision of Staff Accommodation and keeping record of contracts, payments and supplies.
* Assisting to HR Department & its activities.
* Keeping maintain all record & files in proper manner.
* Organizing interview & welfare programs behalf of Company.
* Preparing the report & submit to management periodically.
* Preparing the employee offer & joining documents for new comers.
* Timely Submit all the staff related documents and reports to HRM.
* Preparing quotations and following up with clients.
