* Finalization of Pre-Qualification and technical submittal of supplier with consultant.
* Site resource Management.
* Assist design department in finalization of site design.
* Finalization of BOQ in coordination with design department.
* Coordination with the Testing & Commissioning department for timely arrangement of T&C activities.
* Finalization of all Invoices in accordance of Scope work.

* Coordination with the testing department for organizing and planning of Testing & Commissioning activities.
* Reviewing all invoices and finalize them according to the issued Purchase or work order.
* Supervising and managing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specification and requirements are met.
* Coordination and supervision of construction workers and ensuring that all execution activities are performed as per standard
safety protocols.
* Arrangement of all tools and materials.
* Coordination with the consultant for the arrangement of any site inspection.
* Site Electrical Resource management (Manpower & Equipment).
* Finalization of Mark-Up and As-Built Drawings.
Carried out supervision of the various electrical execution activities and coordinated with vendors such as;
* Siemens Germany for (SGT6 2000E, 77MW x 2)
* Hyundai Heavy Industries for (BSDG - 6.3MW and UAT Transformer - 110MVA)
* ABB for (GSUT - 99MVA)
* Siemens Turkey for (MV & LV Switchgear - 4.16KV, 480V)
* SOGEC for (Tanks Cathodic Protection)
* AZZ for (IPBD, SPBD, NSPBD)
* ALFALAVAL Germany / EXHEAT UK for Forwarding & Unloading (MCC - 480V)
* WESCOSA KSA for (Auxiliary Transformers Units & BOP 1.5 to 3 MVA)
Supervision for Erection of LV Switchgear UPS of Line Valves # 2 & 3.
* Punch List clearance, red markup & Maintenance works.
Coordinated with the client for finalization of design.
