In November 2020, I have the opportunity to join the family of ACG to help them establishing their Automated Time & Quality System, then to interview and to give a full training for 2-fulltime engineers. in addition to ensure that the system is work properly in the projects sites as well as the head office for more than 5 months

Job Description :
• Main Contractor Senior Planning Engineer responsible of 15+ subcontractors.
• Preparing & modifying (Revising & recovering) the project baseline schedule.
• Monitoring & Controlling the progress of actual works at the project site & comparing it with the schedule
• Recording the delaying events that will used in the future claims.
• Controlling the engineering & procurement process.
Preparation
of Baseline program of works in line with Contract conditions.
Assign
resources with compatibility for timely completion of the project.
Generation
of monthly Cash projection and resources histograms.
Assist
Resident Engineer & Quantity Surveyor in tracking the project against its baseline schedule.
Identify
the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest / provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays during progress meetings.
Revise
the internal schedule as per conclusions, design modifications or other alternatives to be taken by Engineer’s Design / Supervision Team and identify the impact on the internal schedule as a result of these actions/deficiencies.
Updating
programs and preparation of reports (in weekly basis).
Preparation
of monthly progress reports.
Participate
in project progress meetings at site.
I take a Position at the Company as a PLANNING Engineer, so I have a new experience added, i.e.
- Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports of the IKEA Store Project.
- Monitoring & control the workflow and the site activities progress to keep in touch with the Base Line Plan.
- Preparing Time & Cost Claims.
Also, I have a good experience on Primavera P3 & P6
and so much more ...
I'm a trainee at the site ( As a site engineer ) in IKEA project
and I'm looking forward to improve my skills at the site
In December 2012, I started to work with ATCCO as a trainee in site; I was checking the site works to match the shop-drawings demands, such as: Reinforcement, Form-work Leveling, Post tension alignment, excavations under Slab on Grade, and so much more.
To control all the site works, such as:
Workflow monitoring,
Quantity surveying,
preparing reports and inspection requests ... etc.

* Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (Structure & Highway & Bridges) from Al-Balqa' Applied University- Faculty of Engineering & Technology . 2012 with Grade of 3.07 out of 4.00
I finish the High School Education with grade of 98.6%
