• Prepare standard and actual costs for products.
• Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, and manufacturing methods, to determine effects on cost and analyze actual manufacturing costs.
• Ensuring all material, labor and outside service costs are recorded, reconciling inventory and analyzing variances and cost of goods sold.
• Analyze factory overhead cost drivers and develop a method for allocating these costs to specific jobs
• Prepare various financial analysis and reports related to manufacturing costs, food, non-food consumption and final product packaging and inventory reports.
• Create and maintain production BOMs; maintain periodic cost rolls/updates.
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing all factors affecting actual & standard costs, prices and profitability of products or services & production reports.
• Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.
• Preparing cost standard for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.
• Analyzing and comparing the actual cost with the standard costs to find out the deviations
• Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether.
• Set up new raw material (RM), packaging, Working in Process (WIP), and Finished Good (FG) item.
• Work with Managers and production staff to identify cost savings projects, analyze and forecast the impact on the cost structure if implemented.
• Preparing food, non-food consumption and final product packaging reports.
• Analyze purchase price offers and monitor variances & material price to know profitable purchase prices.
• Evaluating the operating performance through the contribution margins and the controllable and uncontrollable operating cost.
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing all factors affecting costs, prices and profitability of products or services.
• Preparation the month-end cost accounting close.
• Control Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
• Preparing and processing the cost of Recipe for manufactured items.
• Determine standard consumption of items.
• Reviewing consumption reports to ensure that matching with the budget percentage that has been set.
• Monitor and review the application of the documentary cycle of stores
• Preparing price differences reports for items by comparing one time period to another.
• Supervising inventory transactions - out/in ships - warehouse transferring.
• Check and verify discounts, void, all settlements done and all end of shift reports on the POS system.
• Comparing the physical inventory with the book inventory.
• Preparing reports to management regarding costs, expenses, inventory, POS reports and sales.
