PE(SMP) _Supervision all civil works following with all departments reporting to Lead project Engineer and Sr. Project Engineer.

Spearheading quality control strategies for procurement activities across multiple projects; periodically conducting process mapping to identify areas of improvement as per changing quality systems/ standards.
• Evaluating project plans and providing expert advice to quality and construction team to raise quality standards while computing material technical submittal packages like material purchase requisition and inspection assignment packages.
• Analyzing RFQ, purchase orders and comparison sheets in the light of applicable QA/ QC standards and certifying that all quality requirements have been correctly translated in the orders placed by the purchasing/ technical teams.
• Validating vendor’s offer by personally auditing all project resources; compared and contrasted these with purchase orders, contracts/ agreements as well as Aramco requisitions pertaining to quality and safety prior delivery.
• Performing manufactures inspections for critical materials; auditing bill of quantities along with specifications and IFC-SCOW; identifying deviations and modifying the same to improve and update quality standards.
• Generating clear and concise Inspection Reports with all findings substantiated and clearly outlining non conformances to specified standard/ purchase order specifications including any significant findings that warrant further investigation.
• Coordinating with vendors/ suppliers, other departments and end-users while proposing improvements to procurement policies/ procedures with an aim to advance and maintain integrity and quality of materials as well as suppliers/ vendors.
• Participating in team meetings and presenting reports containing risks, abnormal occurrences, potential / severe issues along with action plan that are feasible and cost-effective.
• Establishing tight processes to institute a compliance driven environment with respect to all applicable quality standards; benchmarking KPI’s and exploring opportunities for process improvements to achieve and sustain business growth.
