1. Draft commercial contracts in both English & Arabic.
2. Revision & examination of commercial contracts and real estate contracts prepared by third parties plus variety of contracts.
3. Participation in negotiations held by the Dept. and local or foreign entities over diverse projects, for contractual arrangements.
4. Prepare and formulate new laws and legislations or amendments proposed by RTA.
5. Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, letters of intent etc.
6. Answering legal queries.
7. Provide professional legal advice, clarifications and legal opinion to the Authority on relevant aspects concerning its business (especially Operations)
8. Adopting a proactive approach and ensuring all legal provisions are adhered to and the Authority is protected from adverse legal consequences
9. Review Authority’s position with regard to UAE and international laws and regulations.
10. Ensure that information regarding essential and statutory provisions and procedures is provided to all concerned and these are implemented as per required standards.
11. Provide well-researched expert advice to Departments and Agencies on legal matters demonstrating judgment and an understanding of the Agencies’ business.
12. Translation or reviewing translation- Arabic/English
13. Writing legal researches.
• Resolving the commercial disputes of conflicting companies foreign and domestic from a legal point of view through direct negotiations and correspondences;
• Answering all legal queries related to all fields of business sectors, e.g. company law, intellectual property rights agency and patent, etc;
• Drafting & reviewing commercial contracts in English & Arabic;
• Participating in legal seminars preparations; and
• Coordinate with wide range of governmental bodies in relation to resolving commercial issues which brought before the Chamber.
• Negotiation with customers whether natural persons or commercial companies foreign or local in relation to commercial legal issues is an essential part of our job.
• Draft legal commercial letters in English & Arabic to the concerned parties abroad and domestically.
• Have a considerable knowledge in relation to World Trade Organization agreements & issues.

I studied English Common Law beside Sudanese Law + Islamic Law. Most of our study in English language.
