• SAP system to view overseas ready goods production and manage domestic demand according to the overseas production windows
• Manage reverse logistics, including returns, damages, resale, and disposal of goods if required and monitor the goods sitting in damaged or various location and investigate accordingly

• Arranging airfreight shipments for oil/gas customers to various international destinations for repairs and Refurbishments and re-import e.g. turbines, valves, flanges, pressure boilers etc. monitoring and ensuring proper identifications and tagging procedures, custom clearances and savings on customs duties, preparation of pro forma invoices for customs purposes on a regular basis when re-importing or sending out exporting for refurbishment
• Liaise with suppliers and arranging urgent shipments on short notices and ensuring the goods to be available as per the customer requirements to the refineries or any part of UAE
• Organizing the correct secure mode of transport for the specific materials for e.g. Oxygen, Hydrogen & Nitrogen gases cylinders during storage and delivery.
• Timely preparation of all required documentation (Letter of credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, Dangerous Goods and Service Report Log).
