MANAGEMENT:
Budget, plan, organize & manage approval process for IT expenditures.
Comply with IT policies and guidelines.
Report to the GM & area IT director.
Document all systems, networks, hardware and software properly.
HARDWARE:
Maintain the operation of all hardware, recorded in up-to-date inventory lists.
Keep good relationships with local hardware suppliers.
Perform maintenance regularly.
SOFTWARE:
Maintain the operation of all the software, with up-to-date contracts
(updating, upgrading, licenses, etc.).
Provide manuals for related users.
SECURITY & DATA SAFETY:
Perform backup & restore regularly.
Ensure the security of OS, programs and data.
Ensure the integrity and back-up of data within user files.
Monitor & scan all storage for malicious activities.
Authorize users for applications as required.
GENERAL:
Train staff for new technologies.
Report what currently trends for IT management.
Ensure data quality.
ADMIN IT SUPPORT:
Maintain the operation of all the systems and networking infrastructure .
GUEST IT SUPPORT:
Handle any issues, like TVs, telephones, internet issues, etc.
