Answering questions about the admission and registration details and issues with account for the students.
Receiving and following up the cases of replacement certificates and “To Whom It May Concern” letters.
Receiving and following up with all applications and equivalence of courses through the REG page of the Office of Admission and Registration at the University. Interacting with students and their parents on students’ academic progress. Assisting and supporting faculty members in their daily tasks. Collecting, sorting and distributing correspondence including mails, emails and faxes.
Informing and following up with University graduates regarding graduation ceremony details by email address and phone.
Notifying students’ parents of the second and third academic warning by phone calls.
Following up all admission cases to all applicants’ acceptance.
Following up all cases of writing the academic undertaking for conditional cases at the University.
Assisting students with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately.
Assisting the admission and registration staff for the validity, accuracy and timeliness of the admission, registration and graduate eligibility of students.
Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
Performs all related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
