- Develop quality management framework, planning matrix and implement verification processes for design, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and operations phases in line with code of practice, specifications and procedures.

- Participate in the preparation of project execution plans, project quality plans, procedures, work instructions etc in line with policies and procedures.

- Establish QA program, review, monitor and report on compliance, deficiencies and required improvements and ensure that the project team, contractors and suppliers have quality management systems in place and are complying with Companies QMS requirements.

- Maintain effective Quality records, ensure documents control systems are implemented and maintain trace ability mechanism.

- Assist Project Engineers/Team Leaders on resolution of quality related issues.

- Identify quality goals, audit plans, and maintain audit records, NCR, correction action and closeout records.

- Perform internal audit on project engineering team at FEED, design, construction and commission phases of projects.

- Conduct external audits at project design contractors, suppliers and contractors.

- Based on audits, reviews and observations identify gaps and possible risks from quality perspective that may impact project quality and schedule.

- Interface and share knowledge and lessons learnt, bench marking within the project teams and corporate functions / disciplines.

Follow up and supervise the quality of work and comply with the specifications and helped the contractor to perform the job properly
