Key Responsibilities:

Product Analyst:

• Personally examining all payroll related operations to ensure accuracy and on-time disbursal; resolving payroll related queries/ issues and streamlining tasks to attain operational excellence.
• Keeping abreast with industry trends/ market environment; presenting HR acumen, best practices and business imperatives in streamlining operations enabling a progressive Human Resource Management function.
