Key Responsibilities:

Product Analyst:
• Partnering with client organizations and conducting extensive HR process mapping to identify and document requirements crucial for designing, developing and implementing software solutions.

• Moderating HCM/ SAP systems for maintaining up to date HR records/ databases while presenting research-based management reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Personally examining all payroll related operations to ensure accuracy and on-time disbursal; resolving payroll related queries/ issues and streamlining tasks to attain operational excellence.
• Keeping abreast with industry trends/ market environment; presenting HR acumen, best practices and business imperatives in streamlining operations enabling a progressive Human Resource Management function.
