- Assess the needs in accordance with WATHAB criteria by collecting all relevant information for the implementation of the project(s).
- Monitor and follow up the project construction works, while ensuring that services and supplies acquired conform to the quality and performance requirements of the contract in accordance with the schedule.
- After the construction works are completed, evaluate the quality and performance of the contractor against the contract requirements and make recommendations on action(s) to be taken.
- Develop and maintain contact with interlocutors/contractors and report back to the Head of Project.
- Upon request of the Head of Project, facilitate contact and networking with the relevant interlocutors (Camp Director, Governors Office and/or Municipalities), conveying messages, in order to ease the works implementation.
- Manage tenders for the Projects including produce all tender documents, contractual documents, Selection of contractors based on the technical and financial analysis for the offers within logical time frame, all following WatHab selection criteria.
- Process and validate variation orders, make measurement sheets, and validate payments of contractors.
- Report to the Head of Project any problems or challenges faced without delay.
- Provide the Head of Project with written assessment, evaluation and programme implementation reports.
- Provide the Head of Project with written weekly progress reports, including technical and security related information.
- Responsible for day by day site work, writing reports, and capturing daily pictures and sending them to superiors.
- Carrying out projects according to plan while ensuring quality of works done.
- Conducting regular job site inspections.
- Identifying and highlighting possible risk on project.
- Implementing technical and safety requirements for the project.
- Ensure construction QA/Qc processes are being implemented by the contractor.
- Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.
- Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
This Project in four sites consist of 11 Villas, including complete Infrastructure Works, structural skeleton works and finishing Works located in Irbid city-Jordan, each site consist of 3 Villas and one site of two villas with a total housing Built up Area of approximately 4000 m²
