Job Description:
• Abide with Security, EHS requirements and Quality Standard according to the company standards and SOP Procedures.
• Use the warehouse system (SAP) for all entries, to manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Deliver upon request the required information about Spare Parts’ Original Equipment Manufacturer Number (OEM) vs SAP number, specification …etc.
• Responsible for ordering, receiving & checking the spare parts’ quantity and quality, and handing over the requested parts according to the requisition.
• Ensure to keep all items are organized and binned according to its categories.
• Ensuring accurate and timely stock take, monthly, quarterly and yearly with complete documentation and reports.
• Responsible for all destruction policy implementation and prepare the required reports and lists for the ISTD office.
• In charge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Stocktaking follow up.
• Preparing and submitting a daily production report of Finished Goods (FG), and submitted to the related management and to Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) office.
• Prepare material costs forecasts & analysis in order to recognize changes and their effect on total stock value.
• Engaged in the Zero loss mindset, 100% ownership through the Open+ system to plan and develop new projects and to reduce the overstock quantity and increase the lifetime of the consumable spare parts.

Meet the client to know their problems and needs; gives them advice with best solution.  Contact the plumber, electrician …etc, and any needed technicians in order to obtain competitive price for the required job.  Prepare quotation/offer for the client including the dead line for completing the work.  Make the appropriate follow up with the clients and the sub-contractors/technicians.  Arrange work flow among many projects; as well as follow up the sub-contractors/technicians.  Record on logbook the labor’s working days, sub-contractors/technicians implemented work, in addition the given down payment.  Record and coordinate the received payment from the client and the paid amount to the subcontractors/technicians and workers.  Deliver the project for the client based on the quotations.

1. Confer with clients to determine design needs.
2. Survey and assess designated sites and develop designs.
3. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate sales prospects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
4. Prepare and submit budget estimates.

7. Prepare prequalification documents & technical submittals.
8. Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support project teams.
9. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.
10. Prepare construction specifications, bill of quantities and supervise drawing sets.
11. Assist staff with administrative or technical problems.
12. Implement sales targets & marketing packages.
