Ensure that aircraft parts received are those ordered and are in accordance with the requirements of the Regulatory Authorities.

Ensure that all items received are checked for quantities and are complete when receiving, also, ensuring quantities and parts conform against the open purchase or repair order quoted on the incoming documentation.

Forms when parts received do not conform in any respect.
Any items that do not conform to the above criteria should be placed in quarantine and a receipt discrepancy Form raised and forwarded to the relevant section.
