STC Specialized is the national operator for Critical Communications Solutions serving both Businesse segment and Public Protection and Disaster Relief segments (PPDR)
Formulating the Marketing Strategy for Mission Critical Communications as well as orchestrating the Customer Value Management (CVM) and Loyalty programs in addition to Product Marketing ROI and Offerings.
2019 Achievements:
1- Successfully delivered a AOPs for the cash cow categories over PMR and LTE networks.
Such as Connectivity, Push-to-Talk ( PTT ) (e.g. TETRA, iDEN and FORUN platforms).
2- Successfully developed -and still enhancing- the strategic portfolios with GSM / LTE ingredients that led to increase the Top-line revenue by 10% on monthly basis in 2019.
3- Optimized the cost by 30.7% vs. 2019 Target and increase the bottom line revenue by 13% mostly generated by connectivity / PTT categories.
4- cooked and coordinating strategic alliances and partnership with other stc companies to elevate the business and penetrate new market place

9- Indexing a growth of ~126 points Market share for the Voice Postpaid Segment in less than a year during 2017.
10- Achieving -in coordination with Device and MarCom teams- a growth of +180% in terms of handset sales in 2017.
