2.Conduct training needs analysis, an evaluation process to discover the weaknesses that need to be improved in the company’s employees.
3.Build one-to-one rapport with VIP companies.
4.Overcome all issues while dealing with the clients.
5.Cooperate with companies and help to arrange the payments between the company and the institute’s accountant in smooth way.
6.Deliver a full report regarding each client.
7.Report our client’s feedback on the training program to the institute
8.Leading, administrating and organizing lots of courses starting from registration until the trainees get their certificates.
9.Successfully Meet the deadlines, which is very important to us to monitor our jobs and meet our business schedules.
10.Attend the training sessions as a verifier to ensure top quality services for the trainees
11.Ensure that the highest standards of Quality and Customer service are adhered.
