• Reviewed the subcontractors and suppliers schedules and their monthly reports and evaluated their performance in accordance with the main contractor schedule and contract's requirements

"King Abdullah Project for Developing Ministry of Interior -
East Provence Area" KAP-1
Strategic project for ministry of interior aimed at constructing 400
administrative buildings, security and civil defense centers in all provinces of
the Kingdom.
Saudi Oger scope of work include executing and handing over the 400 site as
turnkey projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Was responsible for managing ten sites in Dammam zone, with total budget of 100 Million SAR
• Managed all aspects of execution, monitoring, and controlling work progress in sites on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensured proper execution of all site activities as per Contract Documents and in the most economical ways.
• Led a team of junior engineers, foremen, surveyors, and quantity surveyors
• Ensured compliance of subcontractors with the contractual requirements
• Represented the company in meetings, with client's and subcontractors.
Involved in the following three projects :
- Operation &Workshop Building, AQABA Container Terminal,
Aqaba-Jordan
- New crane Beam Civil Infrastructure works, AQABA Container Terminal

• Monitored and checked work on site to ensure adherence with quality and schedule

• Performed Quantity Surveying for executed Civil Works and submitted it for Approval
• Prepared workshop drawings using AutoCAD program along with inspection requests and method of statements.
Involved in "Project of Sewerage network in South Amman region".
• The project comprises rehabilitation of the infrastructure utilities in south Amman region, which including upgrading and extension of the waste water treatment plants as well as the extension and partial renewal of the sewerage networks.
The execution includes Earthwork, laying, construction of new different manhole diameters and backfilling of 61km sewerage pipelines with different diameters
