• General Administration related works.
• Making Draft of all kinds of official letters properly for Ministry, UGC and others.
• Proper documentation.
• Making draft of various Notice, Officer Order, Office Note etc.
• Dealing HR related activities including Issuing Appointment Letter, Recommendation Letter, Forwarding Letter, Leave Order, Release Order, Termination Letter, Recruitment, Confirmation, Promotion, etc.
• Arrange various meetings such as, Board Meeting, Syndicate Meeting, Academic Council Meeting etc.
• Preparing working agenda for various meeting.
• Preparing Minutes of various meeting.
• Preparing Annual Report of University for UGC & other reports etc.
• Providing University information to HEMIS, BANBEIS vide online.
• Office Management.
• Estate and Maintenance.
• Maintaining liason with other departments
• Making Draft of all kinds of official letters properly for the Ministry & UGC.
• Documentation/Record keeping.
• Making draft of various Notice, Officer Order, Note etc.
