- Work as system administrator on RetailPro system.
- Managing online store madinamade.com using Magento platform.
- Responsible for 30 POS in 13 stores and 169 users using RetailPro software.
- Analyzing business requirements and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT.
- Work with technical team to insure all IT solutions meet business requirements needs.
- Guiding e-commerce operation team day to day activities.
- Monitor daily functions to ensure any issues are raises as soon as possible.
• IT operation
- Creating SOP of IT department (SLA, Asset tracking management, App subscription management, Store maintenance management and employees device policy)
- Manage and monitoring IT department request support using ticketing system.
- Responsible of IT asset movement and coordinate with procurement department to insure providing the asset as needed.
- Liaise with logistics companies and technical team.
- Manage online orders and coordinate with warehouse team to insure each order has delivered in the proper time.
- Manage website content and translate the website content to English language.
- Provide support related to Retail System Implementations and business applications.
- Response to customer inquires.
