Developing and maintaining standards in work inspections.
-Site inspections on daily basis to ensuring work quality

-Produced Monthly Environmental Report detailing the environment of the project and testing for noise and environmental hazards.
-Handled Site Instructions, SOR and NCR Issues solving and documentation.

Working as a 3rd party Consultant on a Stormwater Drainage Project in Bujairy, Riyadh, facing and solving shoring problems with the contractor, and making sure the shoring is built according to the design, and extracting soil samples for the project to determine the grading of the soil and adjust the shoring accordingly, in addition to providing instructions for the contractor.
Also worked as a Lab Qa/Qc Engineer, running Soil, asphalt, concrete and steel tests using ASTM standards and making sure they are up to quality.
Preparing excel sheet reports and graphs for the running tests.
Supervising the running tests and supervising specimen extraction from the construction sites.
Worked in the Supervision Department as a consultant with Khatib & Alami on an 18-floor tower: Clemenceau Medical Center, Riyadh. The job was about supervising different building elements and making sure they are placed and built exactly as the AutoCAD drafts with the same dimensions, quantity and design. These drafts included many concrete works such as slabs, beams, columns, ramps and walls.
The job also allowed me to observe how architectural works were placed such as concrete blocks, waterproofing the shear walls and the different materials used on the inside walls such as insulation.
