Post and balances books of account i:e cashbook, general journal, sales book,
purchase register and subsidiary ledgers for an operations unit.
Analyzes financial reports, statements and records. Further, provide
recommendations relative to accounting reserves.
Apply industry knowledge and practices; apply logical understanding to
address audience diversity.
Execute appropriate risk assessment tool and demonstrate particular
considerations to safeguard corporate reputation.
Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and
business practice.
Managing finance and accounting operations including general ledger to
individual and cumulative reconciliations.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial
forecasts and report variances.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance with external and internal
applicable rules and regulations.
Support month-end and year-end close process from ledger to trail balance.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting and
supporting documents.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to
maintain and strengthen internal controls for internal audit purpose.
Assemble the annual audit information for external auditors and support during
the required process.
As a key player in the accounting process, recommend how to improve
efficiency using automation and ERP (SAP Solutions).
Oversee the day-to-day Payroll accounting processes ensuring that proper
books of accounts are maintained for effective financial control in accordance
with corporate standards and local statutory requirements.
Keep update the daily cash position and prepare the upcoming provision
statement for cash flow.
Responsible for bank reconciliations, including and not limited to check for
receipt in the accounts, and the payments to vendors.
Responsible for vendor settlements, ensuring the processing of vendor
payments as per agreed terms.
Responsible for issuing customer invoices, credit notes and receipts.
Responsible for Vendor account reconciliation between different ecommerce
platforms reports and vendor statement of account.
Maintain Intercompany balances file to ensure proper reconciliation and
eliminations.
To coordinate with all concerned and prepare the Monthly accounts as per the
IFRS.
To prepare the monthly accounts schedules and carry out periodic update and
follow up.
To prepare the draft trial balance, P&L, cash Flow and Balance sheet in
coordination with CFO.
To prepare the monthly accounts and quarterly audit files with back up
documents.
To attend to internal audit requirements and review the accounting policies and
procedures and suggest updating in line with IFRS and business requirement.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to
maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Manage and comply with local and federal government reporting requirements
and tax filings.
Prepare or review working papers and drafts of the financial statements
produce client deliverables, specifically drafting the report to management

Assists in the periodic IT Risk Assessment, development of the IT Risk Based
Audit Work Plan and periodic reporting.
Develop and implement Continuous Auditing and Data Analytics concepts for
Audit and Assurance Function.
Applies risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered and identifies any
potential issues.
