Run and manage the HR and training units in the committee. Responsible for the recruitment & man power planning, training & development, HR services, staff relations and performance evaluations. In addition, manage secretaries and the coordination teams and assist the Planning & Development managers in various tasks.
The principal tasks include the following:
- Plan the annual HR budget
- Develop the employee retention plan for the project
- Manage the recruitment process
- Manage hiring process and HR services
- Conduct orientation days for new joiners
- Prepare the training need analysis (TNA), gap analysis, training calendar, training curriculum and training courses for all staff
- Write job description for all positions
- Manage the engineering programs and summer students program
- Administer the performance evaluation of the engineers on a monthly basis
- Investigate in different staff issues and make recommendation as per labor office law
- Design many forms for HR and administration use
- Administer the HR database design and implementation
- Manage the summer training program
Fully responsible for designing training database tables, statistical tools, gathering data and analyze, developing programs to extract data / generate MIS reports for training, and coordination for training plans / projects.
The principal tasks include the following:
- Responsible for local and international training courses of all employees in the Head Office, in various training issues.
- Team member in designing the following: Training Planner, Training Course Description, Training Calendar and Training Curriculum.
- Team member in conducting Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, designing training programs.
- Coordination & continues follow up on various Training & Development projects.
- Continues update & maintain on Training & Development section in HRMIS.
- Generate various MIS training analysis reports on monthly, quarterly, annually bases.
- Generate proper training history reports per Staff/Division/ Group.
- Fully responsible for external training reports (SAMA report)
- Assist the Training Manager in the implementation of the annual training plan and projects.
- Coordinator of Orientation / Induction Programs.
- Become the focal point for the following structured training programs:
o MTP for Credit & Corporate.
o Technical Training program (TTP)
o Co-op Training Program / Summer Students.
- Communicate and coordinate with training providers & consultants.
During the University, Responsible for all management issues for the club.
Support the president of the club in planing and management tasks.
Manage and guide the short courses and the administration committee members.
During the University, I worked in the Human Resources Division, under Staffing and Saudization Unit (SSU). I was responsible for the implementation of new ERP system created by ORACLE in the SSU. I used to test the system and wrote a report to development team to customize the system according to what SSU desired.
I worked as a rollout champion of the system. I trained SSU members on how to use a system and I created a user manual training for the system. Moreover, I Wrote the service level agreement to be signed by SSU and each NCB departments.
Responsible about testing the new modification on NCB recruitment site. I used to contact with the provider to change some major parts in the recruitment site.
Complete the quarterly and ad-hoc reports about NCB regarding the Saudization, Divisions, Turnover, New Joiners and On-Line Applicants.
Support the documentation process of the manual procedure for saudization projects.
Design a result database system for junior section.
During the University, Responsible for all management issues for the club.
Coordinate & manage all the 27 short courses that were provided by SC-CLUB.
Collect information from the student by making survey to know the suitable short courses for majority of students.
Manage and guide the short courses committee members.
During the University, Worked with employees in testing the new HRMS (Human Resource Management System) & test the system itself to findout and report all the bugs; to the development taem of the system.
During the University, I was the coordinator between the CIM Club at KFUPM and the NCB - HR Department.
