- Annually Leave: Review, accomplished employees’’ Requests
- Complaints: Receive employees’ complaints, review, forward to concerned entity and follow up to
resolve each complaints such as (Medical insurance, annually leave, Payroll, etc.)
- Annual Evaluation: Plan and execute employees’ annual performance evaluation
- Exit Interviews: Conduct Exit Interviews for resigned employees
