queries and introduced pagination, reducing average API response time by 70%.
- Performance & Compensation: Built a microservice to evaluate Human Agent productivity and knowledge scores from call
performance data, directly powering bonus calculations for all internal agents and team leads.
- Observability: Integrated OpenTelemetry and MixPanel across the backend stack, enabling unified distributed tracing that
significantly reduced Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) for production incidents.
