1- Manage both internal and external sources of information and interfaces according to the project scope and schedule.
2- Document according to interface management plan the requested and exchange of design documents among contractors and subcontractors that support interface resolution.
3- To escalate interface issues that cannot be resolved within the package teams to the Engineer's senior management and guide policy to ensure the best solution for the project
4- Develop an interface coordinators list from design, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
5- Define clear roles and responsibilities for each contractor to limit conflict
1. Quality control of landscape architecture approved by Saudi Aramco.
1.1.QC inspector of Landscape Architecture and Civil work ( Hardscape, softscape, soil mix preparation and designing, materials receiving).
1.2.Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at job site.
1.3.Perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
1.4.Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed pre-installation, final installation and other succeeding work activities that required step by step to do inspection as per inspection(IC) and testing procedures (I.T.P.).
1.5. Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
1.6.Civil work activities cover in my area of responsibilities are: construction and erection of foundations, columns of parking shade and light poles, slab concrete, concrete paving playground equipment installation, hardscape and softscape work including infra
