Position: HSE Supervisor and Department Head for Yanbu Projects.
Responsibilities: Supervise the operation and maintenance work in the HSE perspective and follow all Loss Prevention and Safety procedures, regulations, rules of the client, and local authority’s environmental regulation (RC).
Involved in a quality management system for improving HSE policy and procedure to achieve a professional goal and minimize unsafe conditions and unsafe acts to achieve zero targets.
Ensure all employees in work location are competent persons, all equipment is inspected, the environment of work is clear from hazards and safe, and materials that are used by employees have been identified.
As Loss prevention, the JSA and Blind list must be reviewed and approved before any kind of maintenance work within process units inside the refinery.
Report and share all safety observations either unsafe act or unsafe conditions immediately to the concerned department and management team.
Report all incidents immediately to the management team.
Prepare the weekly and monthly reports, maintain the safety record, and continuously analyze all the safety observations and categorize their hazards due to improving the weakness by giving safety training, safety tips, TBM, and safety campaign.
Conduct monthly QHSE meetings or when required with the management team to discuss the safety finds and the pending observations.
