Position: HSE Supervisor and Department Head for Yanbu Projects.
Responsibilities: Supervise the operation and maintenance work in the HSE perspective and follow all Loss Prevention and Safety procedures, regulations, rules of the client, and local authority’s environmental regulation (RC).
Involved in a quality management system for improving HSE policy and procedure to achieve a professional goal and minimize unsafe conditions and unsafe acts to achieve zero targets.
Ensure all employees in work location are competent persons, all equipment is inspected, the environment of work is clear from hazards and safe, and materials that are used by employees have been identified.
As Loss prevention, the JSA and Blind list must be reviewed and approved before any kind of maintenance work within process units inside the refinery.
Report and share all safety observations either unsafe act or unsafe conditions immediately to the concerned department and management team.
Report all incidents immediately to the management team.
Prepare the weekly and monthly reports, maintain the safety record, and continuously analyze all the safety observations and categorize their hazards due to improving the weakness by giving safety training, safety tips, TBM, and safety campaign.
Conduct monthly QHSE meetings or when required with the management team to discuss the safety finds and the pending observations.
1- Review and assure compliance of SEC - 5 Stars Plan - prepare weekly and random HSE reports to Saudi Electricity Company; organize monthly meeting schedules with SEC/HSED.
2- Promote and document any accidents, incidents, and near misses on all HAZ projects.
3- Ensures accident, incident & near misses reporting, investigating, and following up the appropriate corrective & preventive action.
4- Reports to the Project Director / General Manager and co-ordinates with operation manager and site manager for Environment, Health & Safety matters.
5- Prepare and plan HSE audits in accordance with the SEC-5 stars plan and procedure.
6- Conduct internal audits in accordance with the documented HSE system and ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standard.
7- Prepare and Authorize HSE (SWP) procedures.
8- Training and documented participation of employees in reporting of any possible hazard that cause to injury or damaged to property either equipment or environment within the HAZ projects; communicate lesson learned of every near misses and potential hazard to all HAZ projects personnel.
9- Review, approve and assure conducting of all training materials & tool box meeting.
10- Ensure all employees are aware of emergency plan of the project.
11- Ensures all staff is aware of their roles & responsibilities in the area of health, safety and environment to achieve their assigned task.
12- Ensure employees commitments to the company organization systems policy statement and the established occupational health & safety policy and SWP.
13- Ensures appropriate consultation & communication regarding health & safety matters as arrangement is made and provides solution for any health & safety problem encountered.
14- Provide/recommend and assure proper safety plane/ safety requirement prior any project establish and provide hazard analysis & risk assessment that achieved our target “Zero Tolerance”.
15- Ensure continuous maintenance of established HSE policy and SWP.
16- Reports on the performance of the project with the reference of HSE policy & SWP and recommends necessary improvements.
17- Reports to the Project Director/ General Manager for monitoring and reporting on occupational health & safety policy & SWP implementation of programs, Company HSE Statistics and overall health, safety & environment matters.
18- Review and assure collection of all manifest - provide/recommend plan disposal of any waste streams to the appropriate facilities; review and collect all transportation and disposal manifest, as required for documentation; prepare any reports or documentation of any possible violations of the requirements. 100% accuracy on waste monthly generation vs disposition report.
Implement SEC 5-Stars manual on the company’s warehouse and the site work orders to perform the job with zero tolerance of incident and accident, which required recording, reporting, monitoring, and training
Environmental Engineer / Rabigh Arabian Water & Electricity Company (Sep.2012-Aug. 2013)
Position: Environmental Engineer at Rabigh Arabian Water & Electricity Company (RAWEC) at Petro-rabigh complex
Responsibilities: 1- Review and assure compliance of WECA Plan - prepare weekly and random environmental reports to Petro Rabigh; organize monthly meeting schedules with PRC/EHD. 100% explanation in every environmental deviation per plan/agreement/law
2- Promote and document any environmental impacts on all plant activities - train and document participation of employees in reporting of any possible environmental impacts/releases within the plant facility; communicate lesson learned of every environmental impact to all plant personnel.
3- Review and assure collection of all manifest - provide/recommend and assure proper sampling and plan disposal of any waste streams to the appropriate facilities; review and collect all transportation and disposal manifest, as required for documentation; prepare any reports or documentation of any possible violations of the requirements. 100% accuracy on waste monthly generation vs disposition report
4- Implement and consolidate RAWEC Waste Management Plan and schedule annual revision of procedures; report annual and biannual environmental performance of the operations and maintenance.
Position: Environmental Engineer at Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery (SASREF) at Jubail Industrial city
(SCOT & SWS-4 Project)
Responsibilities:
1- Supervise the engineering & construction project in environment point of view
2- Comply with local Authority Environmental regulation e.g. RC & PME
3- Get the Environmental permit to construct (EPC)
4- Waste Management (Documented, Storage, Transports & Disposal)
5- Hazard Management (Documented, Storage & Handling)
6- Checking the water discharge to the sea during the commissioning period
7- Emission Test
8- Air Quality
9- Generate monthly & Quarterly Reports that Evaluate the Environment Performance
10- Sharing with JGC Group Auditors to check our environment Performance in other projects
11- Ensure that all requirements of work under the rules of EPA, RC, PME Environment Regulations, site safety coverage, minimize the Environmental incidents and to hit zero target.
Position: Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities:
1- Inspection and auditing all heavy, light, rotating equipments and monitoring the vibrations
2- Generated monthly report of equipments condition
3- Generated quarterly preventive maintenance plan
4- Record corrective maintenance and studying the root causes to avoid it in future to happen again by increase inspection and preventive maintenance
