Currently, I work closely with the director to scope out and execute the research program. I work closely with the project team to identify optimal sample sizes, analyse, interpret data, and write experimental and clinical study reports, while ensuring high level of quality in the results and outputs.

While I do this, I also advise PSMMC medical and paramedical staff on their research requirements in selecting research topics, writing proposals, implementing research projects, analysing, and interpreting data, writing reports, and preparing manuscripts for publication. To ensure smooth project execution, I attend scientific meetings to track recent advances, establishing and maintaining the department's core research facilities. I am additionally responsible for the grooming and mentoring the interns by providing short lectures.

Administered gynecologic specimens (Conventional and LBC (SurePath and ThinPrep) and Non-gynaecologic & FNA cytology specimens following Bethesda system for reporting thyroid Cytopathology, Paris system for reporting Urinary Cytopathology, Milan system for reporting Salivary Gland Cytopathology.

Oversaw the operations at the functional section of the laboratory as per the quality and accreditation standards and prepared monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports; and revised/created technical policies and standard operating procedure (SOP) for received Certificate of Thanks for effective participation and obtained accreditation of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) in Prince Sultan Military Medical City, the Central Military Laboratory and Blood Bank, Riyadh KSA.

Furthermore, I was responsible for carrying out property control of the division "Cytology Quality Assurance Program and maintenance of Statistical Records"; preparation of cytology- histology correlation reports monthly, performed 10% quality control high-risk GYN cases and five years look back.
