• Managing Pfizer Warehouse KAEC operations from receiving, support with sampling
process, dispensing, dispatching, and periodical stock count.
• Ensure GMP and Pfizer Quality standards applied to all warehouse SOP and
operations
• Follow through on Supplier Service Agreements for aspects relating to Supply Chain
warehouse operations.
• Managing of Pfizer King Abdullah Economic City Material warehouse operations.
• Following the Material Warehouse standard operation process (SOP), updating the
required procedures and training the concerned people.
• Identification of the warehouse employee training schedule and controlling the
training reports
• Ensuring the implementation of safe work environment providing no work loss days
to injury.
• Following up the internal or external audit findings and closure of actions items.
• Ensure material stored within require storage condition.
• Support in Optimizing warehouses stock levels
• Collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, planning and quality departments to
conduct specific jobs.
• Keeping the service level at optimum- receiving, dispensing, and sampling
operations.
• Ensure goals and objectives of the internal operations are achieved.
• Ensure talent development, coaching, performance management and succession
planning.
• Responsible for the management of all Pfizer KAEC Warehouse activities and
External Party Warehouse
• Delegate supply chain lead during his absence.
