Key Achievements
• Budgeted more than 375M SAR worth of projects with profitability projected between 10% - 16% (KACST)
• Managed 18 cost-plus projects in the Environment, Health Research Innovation and Development (RID) - KACST
• Reduced quarterly client complaint escalations to CEO from an average of 5 to 1 (KACST)
• Secured more than 130M SAR worth of contracts for consulting, procurement, logistics, HR, and operation (MEWA)
• Executed the HSR project and MEWA projects in 13 areas, including the GIS Field survey with 30 Surveyor (MEWA)
• Implemented IT solutions for data analysis (ESRI) and iOS& Android apps (MEWA)
• Increase the profit margin by 30%, reducing the operation cost by around 20.4%
• Supported initiation and planning for 5 Projects (LSERI, KACST)
• Tracked and monitored the NIDLP initiatives' progress and the other 8 projects’ performances (ADAA KPI) - LSERI, KACST
• Led 3 programs consisting of 15 projects under the KACST Health & Environment initiative budgeted at >1.2 B SAR (KACST)
• Established resource-loaded schedule and budget using MS project SharePoint and EPM, ensuring less than 5% variation with the baseline (ADAA KPI) and below the budget (KACST)

Developed solutions for factory, designed mechanical parts, and found suitable alternative for old parts. Collaborated with Mechanical Maintenance Team, as well as Quality Control (QC) and Filed Test teams.
