✓ Attending project kick-off meetings and delivering presentations about client quality requirements

✓ Handled Project Inspection department’s documentation work.
✓ Conducting awareness presentations to Contractors on Schedule-Q, SAEP-381, PQI, and Material receiving Inspections etc.
✓ Attending regular Inspections for RFI received through QMIS/EPM notifications.
✓ Review & approved all type of work procedure scope of work, method statement, SATP & SA Checklist for Each and every activity which are going to execute for the permanent work for above mentioned project.
✓ Verify the raw materials of all construction materials if it conforms to the design / specifications of the international standards (Saudi Aramco Material Standard specification) as per Vendor approval from Saudi Aramco.
✓ Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the technical work performed of the department, service -vice laboratory.
✓ Verify Quality Plan of all contractors as per ISO and SCHELDUE “Q.”
✓ Prepare Logbook entries as standard violations focus assessment proactive general comments if work in not perform as per SAES (Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard.
✓ Raise NCR and monitor INCR which raised by contractor QC.
✓ Prepare weekly & Monthly reports.
✓ Familiar with QMIS & EPM for closed RFI’S and logbook entries.
✓ Familiar all Saudi Aramco Engineer Standard which involved in Civil activities as well as Saudi Aramco Engineer procedure.
✓ Familiar with schedule Q for quality managements system.
✓ Participate in Safety presentation on monthly bases and technical presentations.
✓ Conduct training As Quality Induction on all Quality Control Engineers & Site Engineers for quality procedures
Documenting all inspections and tests on pro-forms as required by the Project Quality Plan and Contract specification.
Monitoring the installation works prior to submission for inspection and advising of any deviation from the specification.
Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing-over of completed works.
Inspection of all construction activities i.e., Foundation Elevated Structures, Manholes RC pits, Equipment Foundations, Drains & Ditches.
Performing inspections at site to assure the quality as per IFC drawings.
Review the approved procedure for precast and architectural activities prior to conduct the inspection with Saudi Aramco representative.
