Job Role:
•Coordination of all civil inspection works from soil investigation to commissioning of buildings for Dubai Municipality.
•Preparation of baseline program of work.
•Manage project activities; coordinate the activities of site engineers.
•Conduct trial mix of design concrete mixes at approved ready-mix plant witnessed by client engineer.
•Submit reinforcement samples collected in presence to client engineer for testing of yield strength.
•Arrange sample collection at relevant stages of work witnessed by Client engineer and testing by approved lab.
•Witness pressure test on water supply lines and air test on gravity drain lines.
•Inspect structural steel members for source by heat number, mill certificates. Inspect surface preparation and coating system.
•Ensure wall block work, preparation and plastering follows specified methodology and accessories.
•Ensure paint consumption and coverage is as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
•Submission of daily reports, day work sheets, inspection requests and material approvals to client.
•Preparation of Inspection reports and snag lists.
•Check quantity survey of steel & concrete structures, running bills & variations.
•Correspondence with clients, consultants and contractors.
•Arrange safety meetings & toolbox meetings.

•Managed the survey team to precisely construct complicated piers & abutments with basic survey equipment’s enabling precise erection of the first suspension bridge of U.A.E.
•Enhanced safety at site by establishing and implementing safety regulations which was appreciated by client.
